• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  
  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  
  
• Certain items such as undergarments, accessories, and discounted/final sale products are non-returnable.
  
  
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  
  
• Exchanges are not offered; customers must return items and place a new order.
  
  
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Gift Box Purchases

• Customers may purchase merchandise for loved ones in our signature Dia Gift Box.
  
  
• Gift Boxes are non-refundable once customized, except in cases of damaged items.
